Dr. Townsend is a graduate of Central Washington State University and the Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has completed Post Graduate studies in X-Ray, Applied Kinesiology, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Applied Spinal Biomechanical Engineering, and Craniopathy.

Dr. Townsend has over 40 years of experience and has lectured around the world on various chiropractic techniques. In the course of his personal research he has also added several chiropractic techniques of his own, which are currently in use within the chiropractic field, around the world.

Dr. Townsend’s core technique is Sacro-Occipital. However, he utilizes a variety of other techniques, as each patient presents individual needs.

 

Portrait Dr Williams Our PracticeDr. Ian Williams

Dr. Ian Williams grew up in the pacific northwest. He is from Newcastle, WA and graduated from Liberty High School. From there, he graduated from University of Washington with a B.A. in psychology.

Further studying, he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic receiving a doctorate degree with magnum cum laude honors. Spent time in Palmer clinics and went on a humanitarian trip to provide free care to underprivileged people in Madagascar. He expanded his learning by interning in a chiropractic office in Kent.

He specializes in sacro occipital technique, activator and a variety of other techniques. Dr. Ian Williams hobbies include playing soccer in local co-rec leagues, hiking, camping and general outdoor activities.

Bennett is trained in the most latest comprehensive massage techniques and modalities. He provides Swedish, Medical and Therapeutic Massage.  He specializes in Deep Tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy and medical massage.

Bennett is licensed to work in clinics, spas, hospitals and private practices.  Bennett approaches each massage with the intention of relieving pain, improving mobility and restoring the health and balance of each patient for an overall healing environment.

Bennett’s passion about being a holistic healer began after his EMT experience. He saw a need for less evasive holistic techniques. He continues his passion about healing the body naturally by seeking a second certification in
personal training.
